Premo: Ultra-low profile 3D coil

This is a true ultra low-profile sensor with a 12mm x 14mm footprint and a 1.65mm maximum height that is able to be integrated into ultra-thin devices such as SmartCard-type key fobs, traditional automotive key fobs, special miniaturized key fobs (sport keys), Smartphones (to be used as a digital key with the same user experience of current PKE access), and other devices such as hand-held controllers where EMMT (electromagnetic motion tracking technology) is used for 6DoF applications (real high- precision motion-tracking systems with no limitations in terms of line of sight, ultra-low latency, low power consumption, etc.).

Micro Analog Systems releases ultra-wide temperature range VCTCXO IC

TARGETED FOR VERY WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE VCTCXO AND TCXO MODULES.

Helsinki, Finland – 1 July 2019 – Micro Analog Systems Oy today announced MAS6287, a miniature VCTCXO IC primarily intended for the most stable TCXO and VCTCXO modules operating in a very wide temperature range.

The device uses patented fully analog compensation method making it possible to achieve ±1 ppm or better frequency stability over ultra-wide temperature range -60 °C … +125 °C. Small size makes it suited also for small modules.

MAS6287 has typical power consumption only 2.5 mA at 40MHz. Low phase noise of -134 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz allows the use of the MAS6287 in demanding applications. The frequency stability against load or supply voltage changes is excellent. It has programmable divider function allowing the output frequency range of 8 MHz to 52 MHz. Output waveform can be selected from clipped sine wave or CMOS.

Micro Crystal: RV-8263-C7, the universal Real-Time Clock (RTC) module

Small and highly precise are the key characteristics of the new RTC-module RV-8263-C7. Accepting a large supply voltage range and the small current consumption are ideal for wearable and IoT applications. The tiny package of just 3,5 x 1,5 x 0,8 mm hosts the resonator crystal and the RTC-circuit, nor requiring any pairing.
